I just found you on the Internet. Why is it hard to find companies that do this kind of work?

It's not easy to market a service company on the Internet. Having a web site does not mean the search engines will find the services you are looking for. Money gets a site listed at the front of a search list.

How much does your service cost?
Rates run between $45.00 and hour to $60.00, depending on the service provided. There may be a trip fee, depending on the site location.

What don't you do? Jobs that require a licensed specialist. Adding a new AC line in a breaker box is a good example. Hauling, yard clean up, gutter cleaning, roofing, siding and large painting jobs are tasks better served by specialized firms.

Are materials included?
Materials are extra. If you want to purchase materials that is fine.

Insurance?
2 million dollars of Liability Insurance

Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates are free. Many times an estimate can be given over the phone. Construction and Home Theater/Plasma require an on-site visit.
